1. Beta scope

Declared's initial beta is a web-only service for US users. The beta includes Crypto, Personal, and Business product areas; availability is limited by the support matrix.

2. Product limitations

Crypto activity and output availability are evaluated by tax year and the Crypto Support Matrix. Personal Tax is limited to specifically listed US years, forms, and states; an unlisted item is unavailable. Business Tax beta scope is Form 1120-S preparation/export only; it is not e-file transmission.

3. Tax and filing disclaimer

No tax return is e-filed or transmitted by Declared in this beta. Declared is software, not a tax adviser, CPA, attorney, or filing agent. You must review all data and outputs and consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your facts.

4. Preview and payment status

Free Preview does not grant final tax-form, tax-return, or audit-package export. A purchase is for the selected product and tax year; it is not a subscription. Card checkout is currently unavailable, and crypto payment is not offered.

5. Refund and billing requests

Users can request a refund or report a billing issue through support. Refund and dispute requests are handled through the documented support and payment-reconciliation procedure; this does not promise an automatic refund or a particular timeline.

6. Export, correction, and deletion requests

Users may request account-data export, correction, or deletion through support after identity verification. Requests are handled for the verified scope and may be subject to legal, security, payment, or dispute holds. These Terms do not promise instant or unconditional erasure or a retention duration.
